Fans of the Boston Marathon will view it as a crowning accomplishment for the athletes who compete from year-to-year despite challenges. Kathrine Switzer is no stranger to this – she was the first woman to run the marathon, even coming under attack for it in 1967! Times have changed…but challenges still exist…
